Built a mobile app as a personal project to track gym progress and boost motivation with PRs.
I took the opportunity to learn more about mobile app development by creating an app to replace how I was tracking my gym workouts. Prior to building this app I would track my workouts simply on my notes app on my phone. This works well but there are significant pain points when copy and pasting exercises from prior notes to keep progressively overloading.
I built this app exactly to my preference to streamline my gym tracking process significantly. The app is now in a stable state which me and some of my friends use for our gym tracking. Every now and again I iterate on the app to further improve it and continue growing in my mobile development experience.
