Grid Guesser is an online predictions game, where users must guess their top 10 finishers in the upcoming F1 race. Points are distributed based on exact guesses, near misses, and unique hits.
The scope of this website is to challenge your friends to see who is the best at predicting the unpredictable nature of F1. Furthermore there is a global leaderboard for users to compete across groups and truly see where they stack up against the crowd.
I used this project as an opportunity to really understand what it takes to ship a project for users using NextJs, exploring ways of optimising SEO and performance.
